Fokker Age-Care is a high premium dog food, specially formulated for older dogs (from 7-9 years). The high-quality ingredients, tailored to this stage of life, ensure that your dog remains fit and healthy at all times. Fokker Age-Care contributes to the prevention of obesity and contains (Norwegian) salmon oil, which supports a permanently shiny coat.
The addition of chondroitin and glucosamine contributes positively to the protection of cartilage and joints.
